MCS-U is an internal training program providing all MCS personnel with continued safety courses, certifications, and ongoing information relative to the construction industry. Additionally, for employees interested in further learning, job site equipment training courses and a roadmap for continuing education are available.
Our interactive online platform, in conjunction with our internal alert system, gives us the flexibility and mobility to stay current with all employee training and certifications, as well as assist you in staying on target to meet the company goals as well as your personal career goals.
